About the role
Support health facilities and community teams to integrate HIV, TB, malaria, and MNCH services and improve service quality and outcomes.
What you’ll do
• Support integration of HIV, TB, malaria and MNCH services. • Provide on-the-job mentorship to healthcare workers. • Facilitate quality improvement team meetings. • Identify service-delivery gaps using data and client feedback. • Support root-cause analysis and improvement plans.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's or HND in Public Health or related field. • Experience in quality improvement and public health programs. • Training or certification in quality improvement methods preferred. • Ability to work collaboratively with facility and community teams. • Fluent in Hausa and English; resident of the state preferred.
