About the role
Support health facilities and community teams to deliver integrated HIV, TB, MNCH, and malaria services. Strengthen service quality, continuity of care, and health outcomes in assigned Nigerian states.
What you’ll do
• Provide technical support and mentorship to facility laboratories. • Monitor sample collection, labelling, processing, packaging, referral and transportation. • Track turnaround times and result return. • Support viral load, early infant diagnosis, TB and other testing. • Promote quality assurance, biosafety, equipment maintenance, and accurate records.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Medical Laboratory Science or equivalent. • Relevant laboratory experience in HIV, TB, viral load or molecular diagnostics preferred. • Knowledge of lab quality management, biosafety, sample referral and reporting. • Fluent in Hausa and English. • Residents of the state of application encouraged to apply.
