About the role
Support health facilities and community teams in integrated delivery of HIV, TB, MNCH, and malaria interventions to improve service quality and health outcomes.
What you’ll do
• Provide technical support and mentorship to facility laboratories. • Monitor sample collection, labelling, processing, packaging, referral and transportation. • Track turnaround times and result return. • Support viral load, early infant diagnosis, TB and other relevant testing. • Promote quality assurance, biosafety, equipment maintenance, and accurate records.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Medical Laboratory Science or equivalent. • Relevant lab experience in HIV, TB, viral load, or molecular diagnostics preferred. • Knowledge of lab quality management systems and biosafety. • Ability to work collaboratively with facility and community teams. • Fluent in Hausa and English; resident of the state encouraged to apply.
