About the role
As an Integration Engineer, you will design and implement technical solutions for clients on impact.com's SaaS platform, focusing on cross-border e-commerce. You will manage client onboarding projects and collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful account launches.
What you’ll do
• Lead technical implementations for partner marketing programs. • Formulate implementation plans and lead technical discussions. • Collaborate with sales for smooth client onboarding. • Provide client training and migration support. • Identify and resolve technical issues during onboarding.
What you’ll bring
• Experience in cross-border e-commerce marketplace preferred. • Strong initiative and process improvement skills. • Excellent English communication skills. • Knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, SQL, REST APIs. • Bachelor's degree in STEM or related field. • 3-5 years in implementation support or related roles.
