About the role
Assess internal controls, risk management, and compliance in hospitality operations. Identify risks and recommend improvements to enhance performance.
What you’ll do
• Develop and execute risk-based internal audit plans. • Conduct departmental audits for policy adherence. • Identify financial irregularities and control weaknesses. • Audit cash, inventory, payroll, procurement, and revenue. • Prepare audit reports and present findings to management.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. • Professional certification in ICAN, ACCA, or CIA. • 5 years experience in internal audit or risk management. • Experience in hospitality industry auditing mandatory. • Proficiency in Excel and audit software. • Work authorization for Nigeria.
