• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. • Professional certifications like ACA, ACCA, CIA, or CISA. • 5-8 years in Oil & Gas internal control or audit. • Knowledge of COSO, SOX, and IFRS. • Strong communication and leadership skills.
