About the role
Oversee internal audit functions, evaluate operational processes, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards to minimize operational risk across all branches and digital channels.
What you’ll do
• Plan and execute internal audit engagements. • Monitor transaction workflows and credit operations. • Review compliance with CBN and NDIC guidelines. • Conduct branch control audits and loan portfolio reviews. • Investigate financial discrepancies and fraud attempts.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's Degree or HND in related discipline. • 2-5 years experience in internal control or audit. • Knowledge of CBN microfinance regulations. • Experience auditing core banking software. • Must reside in Lagos and have strong analytical skills.
