About the role
Manage foreign subsidiary tax provision and U.S. international tax compliance. Lead international tax projects and compliance across the Americas region.
What you’ll do
• Own international portion of quarterly U.S. close. • Lead U.S. international tax return compliance. • Coordinate Americas regional direct tax compliance. • Manage outside tax advisors and international technical work. • Lead special projects like FDDEI analysis and BEAT modeling.
What you’ll bring
• 5+ years U.S. international tax experience. • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. • Experience with Forms 5471, 8858, Subpart F, GILTI. • Working knowledge of ASC 740 for foreign subsidiaries. • Legal right to work in the US.
