What you’ll do
• Investigate geofencing alerts and abnormal login behavior. • Analyze case details, IP data, and account activity. • Review cases and send Requests for Information. • Make block/unblock decisions per SOPs. • Record findings and escalate complex cases.
What you’ll bring
• 2+ years in investigations, fraud prevention, or compliance. • Sharp analytical mindset and investigative instincts. • Strong attention to detail and sound judgment. • Fluency in English for global coordination. • Comfort handling high case volumes.
