About the role
Join The New York Times as an iOS Engineering Intern to develop and maintain iOS app features using Swift. Participate in technical discussions and contribute to the mobile developer community.
What you’ll do
• Create and maintain iOS features using Swift. • Participate in technical product feature discussions. • Promote iOS development standards. • Integrate with NYT iOS platform code. • Support journalistic independence and company mission.
What you’ll bring
• At least 6 months iOS educational or professional experience. • Understanding of iOS design patterns and memory management. • Hands-on Swift experience including unit tests. • Good product sense and ability to write quality code. • Work authorization for the US.
