About the role
Lead IT service delivery alignment with program offices across the Americas, bridging IT and operations. Manage escalations and build trust with leadership to ensure IT solutions meet field needs.
What you’ll do
• Serve as senior IT partner to program leadership. • Maintain engagement cadence with operations directors. • Own escalations and response management. • Advise on IT solution feasibility in field. • Support IT budget planning and compliance.
What you’ll bring
• 6-8 years in relationship management or program operations. • Knowledge of IT service lifecycle and frameworks. • Experience with ITIL, Agile or similar methodologies. • Spanish language proficiency. • Work authorization for US.
