About the role
Manage change, configuration, and release processes to ensure service stability and operational agility. Lead governance, reporting, and continuous improvement across IT change enablement, configuration management, and release management.
What you’ll do
• Assess, authorize, plan, test, communicate, implement and review production changes. • Establish and govern Change Enablement, Service Configuration and Release Management practices. • Coordinate Change Advisory Board and Emergency CAB activities. • Maintain Change Schedule, Release Calendar and CMDB accuracy. • Produce performance reports and support audits.
What you’ll bring
• Experience in ITIL-based change, configuration and release management. • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and coordinate stakeholders. • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and ITSM tools. • Work authorization for Nigeria. • Strong governance and continuous improvement skills.
