About the role
The IT Controls Analyst manages user access control provisioning and procedures to ensure compliance with key controls. They collaborate with IT and other departments to handle access requests, update policies, and provide helpdesk support.
What you’ll do
• Set up, change, and remove user accounts per RBAC standards. • Remove access promptly for terminations and role changes. • Participate in quarterly SOX user access reviews. • Write and maintain access control procedures and SOPs. • Troubleshoot access-related tickets and provide helpdesk support.
What you’ll bring
• High school diploma or equivalent. • 1+ years IT service experience and technical aptitude. • Experience with ticketing systems like Zendesk or ClickUp. • Familiarity with RBAC and security concepts. • Background check required.
