About the role
Manage and support Google Workspace environment for HelloFresh employees globally. Resolve complex issues and promote AI tool adoption in Workspace apps.
What you’ll do
• Serve as primary escalation for L2 Google Workspace queries. • Troubleshoot complex user issues with clear communication. • Support adoption of AI features in Workspace apps. • Handle data support tasks like file restoration and ownership transfer. • Analyze ticket trends and improve support processes.
What you’ll bring
• Experience administering Google Workspace in production. • Strong knowledge of Workspace apps and admin configuration. • Google Workspace Administrator Certification required. • Understanding of email fundamentals and DNS records. • Work authorization for Canada.
