About the role
Provide advanced technical support and ensure high-quality end-user service across multiple communication channels. Support IT issues for corporate and manufacturing environments with minimal disruption.
What you’ll do
• Resolve complex IT issues independently. • Manage escalations and out-of-scope requests. • Coordinate hardware deployment and repairs. • Document and manage incidents in ServiceNow. • Participate in IT projects and mentor Tier I staff.
What you’ll bring
• AA degree or equivalent experience. • Knowledge of Windows Active Directory and networking. • Experience with VMWare and remote management tools. • Familiarity with ServiceNow ITSM and AI tools. • Work authorization for US employment.
