About the role
Manage and improve UpGuard's corporate technology platform focusing on security and automation. Own lifecycle of identity, endpoints, SaaS, and service practices with engineering approach.
What you’ll do
• Manage Google Workspace, Okta, and MDM across macOS and ChromeOS fleet. • Operate and improve Cloudflare Zero Trust environment. • Automate repetitive tasks using Python, Apps Script, Terraform, and AI workflows. • Define and improve incident, problem, and change management practices. • Ensure endpoint compliance, fleet health, and SaaS governance.
What you’ll bring
• Experience with enterprise SaaS and identity management. • Hands-on with Zero Trust and Cloudflare or similar platforms. • Proficient in automation and coding with Python or similar. • Fleet management experience with macOS and endpoint compliance. • Experience in service operations and security fundamentals. • Work authorization for LATAM region, no visa sponsorship.
