About the role
Support and improve Shell Energy Asia's Data & Analytics platforms with a focus on reliability and automation. Ensure 24x7 service delivery and operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.
What you’ll do
• Own end-to-end operational support for Data & Analytics applications. • Support change releases, upgrades, and cutovers. • Strengthen IT controls and audit compliance. • Partner with DevOps to enhance service reliability. • Drive continuous improvement and standardization.
What you’ll bring
• 5-7+ years in IT Operations and application support. • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. • Experience with business-critical applications and data pipelines. • Knowledge of ITIL processes and enterprise governance. • Work authorization for Singapore.
