About the role
The IT Operations Manager oversees technical access control, information security, and platform infrastructure support across the Group's platforms. They execute IT and Systems Administration SOPs and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
What you’ll do
• Own IT & Systems Administration SOP series. • Manage user access provisioning and deprovisioning. • Support platform infrastructure and manage vendors. • Approve and execute IT change and patch deployments. • Handle IT nonconformity and support audits.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field. • Minimum 5 years IT operations or systems administration experience. • Preferred ITIL, CompTIA Security+, or cloud certifications. • Familiarity with Nigeria Data Protection Regulation (NDPR). • Experience in health-tech or SaaS platforms preferred.
