About the role
Support team members with IT tasks and ensure organizational security. Manage IT operations in a fully remote environment.
What you’ll do
• Own IT support end-to-end. • Diagnose and resolve cross-platform problems. • Administer MDM platforms and improve compliance. • Manage patch testing and rollout. • Build automations for provisioning and workflows.
What you’ll bring
• 6+ years in IT operations or systems engineering. • Strong skills in macOS, Windows, Linux. • Experience with Jamf, Kandji, Intune or similar MDM. • Knowledge of Zero Trust and networking concepts. • Fluent English and Eastern Time coverage.
