About the role
Provide frontline technical support and maintain enterprise IT infrastructure. Ensure seamless operation of network systems and databases for business continuity.
What you’ll do
• Manage user identities and endpoint provisioning. • Assist in LAN/WAN infrastructure configuration. • Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 hardware/software support. • Maintain IT asset and network documentation. • Perform routine database administration and backups.
What you’ll bring
• 1-2 years experience in networking and database management. • BSc in Computer Science or related field. • Knowledge of IT software management. • Work authorization for Nigeria. • Professional certifications like ITIL or CCNA are a plus.
