About the role
Support external developer partners integrating with client platforms and APIs. Provide technical guidance, integration enablement, and operational support.
What you’ll do
• Guide third-party developer partners through onboarding phases. • Validate partner cloud environment configurations and IAM policies. • Lead technical kickoff meetings and address implementation hurdles. • Manage inbound technical support queues and ensure SLA adherence. • Investigate API anomalies and troubleshoot authentication issues.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field. • 2–4+ years in partner engineering or API integration support. • Proficient in RESTful APIs, OAuth 2.0, and SQL for log analysis. • C1-level proficiency in Portuguese and English. • Willingness to relocate to Malaysia and work EMEA business hours.
