About the role
Provide technical assistance and support for computer systems, hardware, and software. Deliver in-person support and manage IT assets for Stripe employees and vendors.
What you’ll do
• Provide technical assistance for computer systems, software, and hardware. • Respond to queries in person, email, Slack, or ticketing system. • Support executive devices including provisioning and configuration. • Manage incident response and SLA-tiered ticket queues. • Maintain IT documentation and asset management.
What you’ll bring
• 2+ years IT HelpDesk experience. • Strong knowledge of Apple systems and software. • Experience with Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, JIRA, Confluence. • Understanding of script execution and troubleshooting. • Work authorization for the location.
