About the role
Provide technical support to employees and resolve IT-related issues. Maintain and troubleshoot computer systems, software, and hardware.
What you’ll do
• Assist in providing technical support to employees. • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems. • Troubleshoot network, internet, printer, and system problems. • Perform routine system maintenance, updates, and backups. • Maintain records of IT assets and support requests.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's degree or HND in Computer Science or related field. • 1–2 years experience in IT support or similar role. • Good knowledge of hardware, software, and networking. • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
