About the role
Provide installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, asset management, and user support for IT systems and devices. Support new site setups and manage user requests to ensure secure IT operations.
What you’ll do
• Ensure continuous operation of end-user devices. • Install, configure, and troubleshoot software and hardware. • Manage user requests via Jira within SLA targets. • Support network operations and monitor system alerts. • Maintain IT asset records and support onboarding/offboarding.
What you’ll bring
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in related field. • Minimum 3 years IT support experience. • Experience with Microsoft OS and Microsoft 365. • Knowledge of Active Directory and network operations. • Experience with Jira and ITIL practices preferred.
