About the role
Provide enterprise help desk support including onboarding, troubleshooting, and asset management. Support computers, mobile devices, printers, and conference room technology both in person and remotely.
What you’ll do
• Provide 1st to 3rd tier help desk support. • Manage on-site IT asset inventory and lifecycle. • Procure, configure, and deploy hardware and devices. • Set up and support workstations for staff. • Troubleshoot software, hardware, and network issues.
What you’ll bring
• High school diploma or equivalent. • 1+ years enterprise IT support experience. • Experience with Microsoft technologies. • Valid driver's license. • Must be U.S. citizen, permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
