What you’ll do
• Deliver reliable IT support to employees. • Manage access and SaaS tools securely. • Maintain device fleet and inventory. • Document and structure team knowledge. • Drive process and tool improvements.
What you’ll bring
• Fluency in French and English. • Experience in first- and second-line IT support. • Comfort with Microsoft 365 and SaaS tools. • Knowledge of device management on Windows and macOS. • Work authorization for Canada.
