About the role
Manage and improve IT systems, Zoho platform, website, AI tools, and cybersecurity for a healthcare practice. Ensure HIPAA compliance and support healthcare systems and vendor management.
What you’ll do
• Manage and troubleshoot IT systems and technical infrastructure. • Administer Zoho suite and support staff with Zoho issues. • Develop and maintain company website using HTML, CSS, JavaScript. • Administer AI tools and ensure HIPAA-compliant use. • Monitor cybersecurity and coordinate incident response.
What you’ll bring
• 2+ years IT systems administration or technical support. • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, website hosting. • Experience with Zoho and RingCentral platforms. • Strong security mindset and HIPAA compliance. • Experience with staff onboarding and offboarding.
