About the role
Manage inventory and client accounts for a U.S.-based marketing services company. Oversee stock levels, shipments, timelines, and client communication.
What you’ll do
• Monitor stock levels for 20+ brands. • Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments. • Manage event timelines and material delivery. • Serve as primary client contact. • Escalate and resolve account issues.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's degree preferred. • 3–5 years in account or inventory management. • Strong English communication skills. • Ability to work US hours or graveyard shifts. • Proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
