Junior Client Onboarding & Support Specialist

About the role
Provide client support from onboarding through steady-state operations for restricted accounts. Manage invoice loading, audits, MACDs, reporting, and incident follow-through.
What you’ll do
• Support client management team with requests and inquiries. • Load invoice and inventory data per client specifications. • Process invoice audits and data reconciliation. • Analyze billing models and develop savings proposals. • Implement carrier changes and generate reports.
What you’ll bring
• U.S. citizenship and located in the United States. • High school diploma required, college preferred. • Intermediate Excel skills including VLOOKUP and pivot tables. • Strong organizational and time management skills. • May require security clearance and background checks.
