About the role
Manage kitchen inventory, control costs, and support financial reporting for a fast casual restaurant.
What you’ll do
• Conduct regular kitchen inventory audits. • Ensure proper documentation with FIFO and wastage logs. • Analyze food cost variances and report shortages. • Recommend workflow and cost control improvements. • Ensure compliance with financial SOPs and HACCP.
What you’ll bring
• Work authorization for Nigeria. • Experience in inventory and cost control. • Knowledge of FIFO and financial SOPs. • Ability to analyze sales and cost data. • Good communication and training skills.
