About the role
Drive revenue growth and market share by building strategic relationships with hospitals and pharmacy chains. Lead a team to ensure product availability and flawless in-store execution.
What you’ll do
• Manage and coach Medical Sales Representatives. • Oversee in-store pharmacy activations and consumer engagement. • Lead tender submissions and contract negotiations. • Ensure zero stock-outs and 100% shelf presence. • Cultivate strategic partnerships with healthcare stakeholders.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy or related Biomedical Sciences. • Minimum 4 years pharmaceutical sales experience. • At least 2 years managing institutional accounts or pharmacy chains. • Existing relationships with hospital procurement and pharmacy buyers. • Work authorization for Nigeria.
