About the role
Provide frontline technical support for hosting and WordPress issues via live chat and tickets. Manage multiple chats while maintaining high customer satisfaction and quality scores.
What you’ll do
• Provide technical support via live chat and ticket-based systems. • Diagnose and resolve web hosting and WordPress issues. • Assist with WordPress core files, plugins, themes, and configuration. • Handle DNS, SSL, server-side queries, and database migrations. • Document issues and escalate complex problems to senior teams.
What you’ll bring
• 1-2 years technical support in web hosting. • Strong knowledge of WordPress mechanics and troubleshooting. • Experience with SFTP, DNS, SSL, and HTTP status codes. • Familiarity with MySQL, WP-CLI, and Linux command line. • Excellent English communication and multitasking skills. • Work authorization for Philippines.
