About the role
Provide technical assistance to Canvas LMS end-users and administrators. Troubleshoot, resolve, and escalate issues as needed.
What you’ll do
• Work tickets via phone, chat, or web-based system. • Validate and clarify reported issues. • Fix end-user issues through Canvas interface. • Keep thorough records in ticketing system. • Escalate unresolved tickets to L2 Support.
What you’ll bring
• Fluent in English and Spanish. • Strong technical and troubleshooting skills. • Self-directed and proactive. • Excellent communication skills. • Sense of humor.
