About the role
Provide technical assistance to Canvas LMS end-users and administrators. Troubleshoot issues and escalate when necessary.
What you’ll do
• Work tickets via phone, chat, and web-based system. • Validate and clarify reported issues. • Fix end-user issues via Canvas interface. • Keep thorough records in ticketing system. • Escalate unresolved tickets to L2 Support.
What you’ll bring
• Fluent in Spanish reading, writing, and speaking. • Strong technical and troubleshooting skills. • Ability to work self-directed. • Excellent communication skills. • Work authorization for USA.
