About the role
Lead diligence to validate buildability, compliance, and cost-effectiveness of proposed sites. Manage risk identification and mitigation across multiple technical dimensions.
What you’ll do
• Lead technical diligence: geotech, soils, title/ALTA surveys, mineral rights, access. • Oversee permitting and entitlement path with agencies. • Evaluate air permits, wetlands, floodplain, stormwater constraints. • Manage consultants for feasibility and environmental assessments. • Deliver go/no-go recommendations with risk mitigation options.
What you’ll bring
• 8+ years in land development or related engineering. • Knowledge of permitting, entitlements, AHJ engagement. • Strong project management and technical review skills. • Experience managing consultants and interpreting complex studies. • Communicate site readiness updates to executive stakeholders.
