About the role
Lead a team of animators to create and implement high-quality gameplay animations. Manage production goals and mentor the animation team.
What you’ll do
• Guide animation team to create polished gameplay animations. • Ensure animation quality meets AAA production standards. • Design and uphold animation pipeline procedures. • Motivate and mentor animation team members. • Coordinate assignments and resolve production blockers.
What you’ll bring
• 7+ years as 3D character animator in video games. • Experience on at least two AAA games. • Strong leadership and communication skills. • Expertise in Motionbuilder or Maya. • Legal authorization to work in Canada.
