About the role
Lead and coordinate billing operations and staff to support company standards and growth. Assist management in daily oversight and process improvements.
What you’ll do
• Lead, train, and review team workflow and system functions. • Collaborate with management on billing productivity standards. • Resolve billing issues and customer complaints promptly. • Develop and monitor QA/QC practices and provide feedback. • Analyze accounts receivable trends and report to management.
What you’ll bring
• HS Diploma, Associates preferred. • 3+ years billing or healthcare experience, lab billing preferred. • Knowledge of billing practices and CPT coding. • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint. • Work authorization for United States.
