About the role
Lead development of machine learning models for cancer detection in minimal residual disease. Manage end-to-end research analyses and communicate findings across teams.
What you’ll do
• Develop and evaluate ML models for cancer detection. • Own research analyses from ideation to implementation. • Translate wet-lab design to computational analysis. • Maintain quality control across sequencing data. • Communicate findings to technical and cross-functional teams.
What you’ll bring
• PhD in related quantitative field with 4-8+ years experience. • Strong background in DNA sequence data analysis. • Experience in ML models for biological data. • Proficient in Python and Linux command-line tools. • Work authorization for US required.
