About the role
Lead development of machine learning models for cancer detection using sequencing data. Collaborate across teams to translate experimental design into computational analysis.
What you’ll do
• Develop and evaluate machine learning models for cancer detection. • Own end-to-end research analyses and pipeline feature development. • Translate wet-lab design to computational analysis. • Maintain quality control across sequencing data. • Communicate findings to technical and cross-functional teams.
What you’ll bring
• PhD in related quantitative field with 4-8+ years post-PhD experience. • Strong background in DNA sequence data analysis and algorithm development. • Experience with ML models on biological data. • Proficient in Python, Linux, and statistical packages. • Work authorization for US required.
