Lead Civil Assurance Consultant

About the role
Lead and supervise the civil assurance team on a major industrial project. Provide technical direction and ensure compliance with engineering standards.
What you’ll do
• Lead and organize civil assurance team across construction areas. • Mentor and train civil assurance associates and site engineers. • Review and quality-control inspection and assurance reports. • Coordinate activities with other lead consultants and report to Project Director. • Conduct site inspections and technical audits for compliance.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering. • Minimum 12 years post-qualification experience. • Professional registration like COREN, PE, or CEng. • Experience leading multidisciplinary technical teams. • Valid international passport and Nigerian work authorization.
