About the role
Lead compliance advisory for Mercury's AI products ensuring compliance-by-design from concept through launch and scale. Shape AI governance frameworks and partner cross-functionally to meet regulatory and partner obligations.
What you’ll do
• Serve as compliance advisor for AI and agentic products. • Advise product teams throughout product lifecycle. • Identify and mitigate AI-specific compliance risks. • Define compliance requirements for AI platforms. • Monitor regulatory developments and implement changes.
What you’ll bring
• 8+ years in compliance advisory or regulatory risk role. • Experience advising on AI or model-driven products. • Knowledge of AI regulatory frameworks in banking. • Technical fluency with AI product engineering. • Work authorization for Canada or USA.
