About the role
Lead controls engineering for large-scale multi-technology projects in wind, solar, BESS, and gas. Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and ensure design quality and consistency.
What you’ll do
• Lead controls engineering lifecycle from design to commissioning. • Define control and data contracts between controllers. • Specify point maps, interlocks, and constraint classes. • Translate electrical and software requirements. • Mentor and develop engineering staff.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent experience. • Professional Engineering license or master's preferred. • 8+ years in controls engineering or related energy industry. • Valid work authorization for the US. • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
