About the role
Lead AI and machine learning initiatives to enhance anti-money laundering operations using Generative AI and agentic AI. Drive technical strategy and build solutions to reduce financial crime risk at Wise.
What you’ll do
• Lead AI model development for operational workflows. • Establish evaluation frameworks and labeling taxonomies. • Optimize prompts and run structured experiments. • Design agentic AI workflows and shadow testing. • Mentor data scientists and set technical direction.
What you’ll bring
