About the role
Lead and manage Partnerize's database infrastructure with hands-on operational ownership and strategic leadership. Ensure high availability, performance tuning, and secure database environments across on-premise and cloud.
What you’ll do
• Own daily database operations and incident management. • Design and maintain Linux servers for database infrastructure. • Plan and deliver database upgrades and migrations. • Provide technical leadership and escalate database issues. • Mentor engineers and document best practices.
What you’ll bring
• Advanced MySQL administration and Linux system skills. • Experience leading large production database infrastructure. • Expertise in MySQL replication and disaster recovery. • Knowledge of database monitoring and performance tuning. • Work authorization for UK or US.
