About the role
Lead Design Engineer builds scalable design systems and interactive UI for web and mobile. Role shapes product quality, performance, and customer confidence.
What you’ll do
• Develop core system components and feedback loops for AI design. • Govern taste to prevent AI errors in customer products. • Ensure system decisions translate cleanly into code. • Build accessibility, responsiveness, and performance by default. • Set contribution and governance models balancing speed and integrity.
What you’ll bring
• 8+ years in design engineering or front-end engineering. • Bachelor’s or Master’s in CS, HCI, or equivalent experience. • Portfolio with design system or component library work. • Strong interaction and visual design skills. • Experience with AI tools and design tokens. • Legal right to work in the US.
