About the role

What you’ll do
• Design and deploy ML systems for real-time voice experiences. • Improve voice AI quality via error analysis and benchmarking. • Build evaluation frameworks for voice and agentic systems. • Diagnose and fix failure modes in voice stack. • Optimize low-latency ML systems for caller experience.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor’s in CS, ML, AI or related; advanced degree preferred. • 5+ years building and deploying ML systems in production. • Experience leading technical teams with strong communication. • Expertise in speech recognition, NLP, generative or voice AI. • Work authorization for USA.
