About the role
Lead and supervise facilities technicians managing multi-building corporate office systems. Oversee HVAC, electrical, plumbing, life safety, and building automation systems.
What you’ll do
• Serve as on-site technical owner of building systems. • Manage preventive maintenance program and perform routine checks. • Supervise and mentor two Facilities Technicians. • Manage outsourced HVAC and specialty vendors. • Maintain accurate building records and enforce safety practices.
What you’ll bring
• High school diploma or GED required. • 5+ years commercial building engineering experience. • 1+ year supervisory or lead technician experience. • Work authorization required, no visa sponsorship. • Valid driver’s license and ability to lift 50 lbs.
