About the role
Lead Enrollment Specialist manages complex provider and facility enrollment processes for insurance payors. Provides leadership, training, and quality oversight to support revenue cycle integrity and process improvements.
What you’ll do
• Perform complex commercial and government payor enrollment functions. • Own and coordinate provider and facility enrollment activities. • Manage advanced and escalated enrollment issues. • Provide training and mentorship to Enrollment Specialists. • Support standardized workflows and continuous improvement.
What you’ll bring
• Associate’s degree or equivalent experience required. • 4–5 years provider enrollment experience required. • Experience managing complex enrollment issues. • Subject matter expert in PECOS enrollment. • Work authorization for United States.
