Join the LEAD Field Engineer Development Program to gain technical expertise and leadership skills through structured training and field experience. Support critical customer operations in demanding energy industry environments.
What you’ll do
• Participate in technical bootcamps and on-the-job training. • Execute field operations with experienced engineers. • Deploy, operate, troubleshoot, and maintain equipment. • Support customers and field crews during critical operations. • Coordinate with teams to ensure successful work execution.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering within last 12 months. • Minimum 3.0 GPA or equivalent. • Fluent in written and spoken English. • Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship. • Willing to travel extensively and work rotational schedules.
