About the role
Oversee development and growth of the organization's OTC market to increase participation and liquidity. Support market integrity and expand securities and participants on the platform.
What you’ll do
• Develop and implement OTC market growth strategies. • Drive onboarding of brokers, dealers, issuers, investors. • Improve trading activity, liquidity, and market efficiency. • Monitor market activity and participant performance. • Collaborate with teams to improve market processes and compliance.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field. • 8-10 years experience in capital markets or securities trading. • Strong understanding of OTC markets and regulatory frameworks. • Experience managing teams and market development initiatives. • Work authorization for Nigeria.
